Building MIA works 100% online, meaning you don’t have to install any applications that take up space on your device. Therefore, a data package or Wi-Fi connection is necessary.

Building MIA provides two types of reports once the test is over. On the one hand, the Human Resources professional will receive a complete report with the qualitative and quantitative information. And on the other hand, the candidate will receive their own narrative report.
